Russell 4-H Council Scholarship Application

The Russell 4-H Council offers a scholarship for state events costing more than $150. 4-H members earn this scholarship by working their shift at the 4-H Food Stand during the Russell County Free Fair. A list is maintained in the office if you are unsure of your eligibility.

In order to receive this scholarship, you must turn in an application with the registration for the event!
