Ag Lease Law

It is estimated that over 50% of Kansas production agriculture lands, farmland and pasture land, are leased. We know that many producers would not remain sustainable and in business without these lease properties.

Currently, K-State Research and Extension can provide you templates if you are looking to place your lease agreement in writing. Additionally, the Midway Extension Office can assist you with adding stocking rates and rotations to these lease agreements.
